Care Home

Oxenford House was built in 1989 and a conservatory was added in 2004. Inside, the design is modern and spacious, offering the highest level of comfort. We provide 25 single bedrooms, some of which come with en-suite facilities, all with telephone and TV points. To ensure constant peace of mind, there is a call system in each bedroom, bathroom and lounge through which residents can call for assistance anytime day or night.

We have 3 separate sitting rooms which allow residents to enjoy either a quiet period of reflection, to meet their visitors or to participate in the activities on offer. The dining room is where we provide a mouth watering selection of meal choices. Room service is available at all times, and private parties and celebrations are particularly encouraged.

Fresh flowers in communal areas, the high quality homely furnishings and relaxed environment help set us apart from other homes.

Visiting Us

Visitors may visit anytime of the day, however residents have requested visitors not to arrive before 10.30am.

On visiting you are free to wander around or find a quiet spot for your visit.

We encourage visitors to use the upstairs sitting room which has tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a lounge, dining room and conservatory.

Visitors are welcome to bring their pets with them.
